Introducing our newest release….

A bubbly white wine we call

Ripple Effect….

A light, crisp, white wine with bright flavors of honeysuckle, peach and citrus….and of course, bubbles..

The grape or varietal is Melody….a little Seyval Blanc and Pinot Blanc type characteristics….

Beautiful ruby red color, soft tannins, fruit forward with hints of black cherry, cinnamon, vanilla and spices. This wine will captivate your palate.

This newly released red wine is 85% cabernet franc and 15% merlot

Soft tannins and fruit forward with hints of vanilla, spice and cinnamon round out the flavor profile of this awesome Cabernet Franc

This wine features notes of wild strawberry, ripe cherries, pomegranate and a hint of orange blossom, and of course bubbles! The acidity on the Bubbly Rosé is moderate and integrates nicely with a hint of residual sugar. We recommend pairing it with:

Fermented in stainless steel tank and then aged in neutral barrels - while no oak is present in the wine, the fruit forward character has a fantastic mouthfeel

Notes of apricot and citrus are present and make this an excellent wine to pair with food - especially for the holidays.

Hints of strawberry and cherry with light acidity and great balance and texture, this beautiful wine is perfect for these warm summer months ahead of us in the Finger Lakes and beyond.

100% barrel fermentation - spontaneously/natural fermentation - resting on lees for approximately 10 months prior to bottling. Light sweetness and balanced acidity - this wine is one of our best yet. Hits of apple, citrus and stone fruit make this wine a superb choice those desiring the very best in New York State Riesling.

100% barrel fermentation - spontaneously/natural ferment - afterwards 10 months on lees aging. Soft, elegant with balanced acidity and integrated flavors of pineapple, citrus and passion fruit.

Notes of pineapple, lemongrass and citrus are wrapped in this beautifully textured wine. The light acidity and fruit forward character make this a wine that can be enjoyed with food or on its own. We hope you enjoy this wine as much as we do!

This wine has nice acidity and balanced sweetness - it is considered medium sweet.
